## 2. Scope of Services
The Site is used for both:
- **Direct/retail purchases** of eligible products listed with pricing and available for online checkout ("Retail Orders"); and
- **B2B ordering, quotation requests, and procurement** for spare parts, equipment, and process engineering solutions, which may involve custom quotations, purchase orders (POs), and negotiated terms ("B2B Orders").
Sections 3–7 apply to Retail Orders. Sections 8–12 apply to B2B Orders. General provisions in Sections 13–20 apply to all use of the Site.
---
## 3. Products and Pricing (Retail Orders)
- All prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of VAT unless indicated.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors at any time before an order is confirmed.
- Product availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation.
## 4. Order Acceptance
Placing an order through the Site is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. An order is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.
## 5. Payment
Payment for Retail Orders is due at checkout via the payment methods offered on the Site. For B2B Orders, payment terms are as agreed in the applicable quotation, PO, or separate commercial agreement.
## 6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines communicated on the Site or in order confirmations are estimates only. Tetra Tech is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, force majeure, or factors outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or delivery address, as applicable.
## 7. Returns and Cancellations
- Requests for returns, exchanges, or cancellations must be submitted within [Insert number] days of delivery, subject to the product being unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Certain items (e.g., custom-fabricated parts, special orders) may be non-returnable — this will be indicated at the time of order.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [Insert number] business days.
---
## 8. Quotations (B2B Orders)
Quotations issued via the Site or by our commercial team are valid for the period stated on the quotation document, or if unstated, for [Insert number] days from issue date. Quotations do not constitute a binding offer until a Purchase Order is issued by the customer and formally acknowledged by Tetra Tech.
## 9. Purchase Orders
A Purchase Order (PO) submitted by the customer is only binding once acknowledged in writing by Tetra Tech. Any discrepancies between the PO and the original quotation should be raised before acknowledgment; once acknowledged, the acknowledged terms govern.
## 10. B2B Payment Terms
Payment terms for B2B Orders (e.g., advance payment, credit terms, letters of credit) will be as specified in the applicable quotation, PO acknowledgment, or a separate supply agreement between the parties. Late payments may be subject to the terms specified in that agreement.
## 11. Delivery and Risk (B2B Orders)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., via Incoterms specified in the quotation), delivery timelines are estimates, and risk transfers upon dispatch or as specified in the applicable Incoterm.
## 12. Warranties (B2B Orders)
Product warranties for equipment and spare parts are as provided by the original manufacturer (e.g., Alfa Laval) and/or as separately stated in the applicable quotation. Tetra Tech's liability under any such warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms.
