Why choose these tanks ?

  • Thermal stability: High-efficiency insulation and precision jackets ensure consistent product temperatures for mixing, cooling, pasteurization hold, or fermentation.
  • Hygienic by design: Crevice-free internals, sloped bottoms for complete drainability, CIP-ready spray device, and polished surfaces to reduce biofilm risk.
  • Built to last: All-welded stainless construction, robust saddles/legs, and hydrostatic & dye-penetrant testing on request.
  • Easy to maintain: Standardized fittings, removable manways, and smart sensor ports simplify cleaning and service.
  • Made for your process: Ports, nozzles, jackets, and agitation are positioned to your P&ID for seamless line integration.

Configurations

  • Single-Wall Storage Tanks – Cost-effective, hygienic storage when temperature control isn’t critical.
  • Insulated Storage Tanks – Single wall plus 50–100 mm mineral wool or PUF with cladding (SS or aluminum) for minimal heat gain/loss.
  • Jacketed & Insulated Tanks – Dimple jacket (or half-pipe on request) for glycol/hot-water/steam; ideal for heating, cooling, or holding recipes within tight setpoints.
  • Agitated Tanks – Top-mounted or bottom-mounted agitators (propeller, anchor/scraper, or high-shear) with baffles where required.
  • Vertical (legs) or Horizontal (saddles) – Atmospheric or light-pressure service.

Hygienic Features

  • Conical or dished bottom with full drain outlet
  • CIP spray device and vent/filter port
  • Pressure/vacuum relief and thermowell
  • Manway (top or side) with safety latch
  • Connections: Sanitary Tri-Clamp / DIN 11864 / SMS connections
  • Level ports (radar, pressure, or sight-glass)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Stainless steel tanks are widely used in food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, water treatment, and personal care industries. Insulated tanks are specifically preferred where temperature control (hot or cold) is required.

Production lead time depends on tank capacity, customization level, and order volume.

  • Standard tanks (5,000–20,000 liters): 6–8 weeks
  • Large/complex tanks (50,000–200,000 liters): 10–14 weeks
  • Highly customized systems (jacketed, with agitators & instruments): 12–16 weeks

More TBA at the time of Order Confirmation

Our manufacturing process includes:

  • Design & engineering (3D drawings, P&IDs, stress calculations)
  • Raw material preparation (SS 304/316L sheets, pipes, fittings)
  • Welding & fabrication (TIG welding under controlled conditions)
  • Surface finishing (pickling, passivation, polishing)
  • Insulation & cladding (if required, using rockwool/PUF and SS/aluminum sheets)
  • Testing & quality checks (hydrostatic, pressure, weld, and surface finish tests)

We typically use AISI 304 and AISI 316L stainless steel, depending on the application. 316L is preferred for highly corrosive environments or where hygiene standards are critical, such as in dairy and pharmaceutical sectors.

MTC (Mill Test Certificate) Can be provided upon Order Confirmation

Absolutely. Options include:

  • Agitators (top, side, or bottom mounted)
  • CIP spray balls
  • Manways, sight glasses, level sensors, temperature probes
  • Skirt, leg, or saddle supports
  • External finishes: polished, matte, or cladded
