Hot Water Group (HWG) is designed to generate, store, and distribute heated water for use in industrial, commercial, or hygienic process applications. The system ensures a consistent supply of water at the required temperature and pressure, suitable for cleaning, sterilization, heating, or as a process utility.

Key Features

  • Material of Construction: SS304 skid & panel; process-wetted parts SS316L.
  • Tight Temperature Control: PID loop with PT100; setpoint 40–90 °C (±1 °C)
  • Heat Source: Steam-to-water (plate heat exchanger) or electric heaters (optional).
  • Pump Set: Hygienic centrifugal pump with non-return & isolation valves.
  • Safety: Expansion vessel, PRV, over-temperature cut-out, low-flow/low-level interlocks, E-stop.
  • Controls: IP55/65 SS control panel, HO-A selectors, digital temp controller/PLC (upgradeable), alarm beacons.
  • Serviceability: Gauges at inlet/outlet, removable strainer, drain manifold, insulated hot surfaces.

  • Electrical supply: 400 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase (panel & pump); VFD optional
  • Connections: DN25–DN50 (SMS/DIN/Clamp), drain DN25
  • Instrumentation: PT100, pressure gauges, flow switch / mag-flow (option), level switch for break tank (if fitted)
