TETRA TECH ONLINE STORE – RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Scope
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased online through the Tetra Tech Online Store (“Store”). It governs returns, refunds, and exchanges of products sold on www.tetratech.co and associated ecommerce platforms operated by Tetra Tech Co. Ltd. (“Tetra Tech”). 2. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned only if all of the following are true:

The return request is initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging, parts, manuals, accessories, and documentation.

The product performance and serial numbers (if applicable) match the original delivery records.

For safety-critical or custom-configured items (e.g., hygienic fittings, specialized equipment), eligibility for return may be limited and indicated on the product detail page. (Tetra Tech)
3. Return Authorization (RA)
Before returning a product, customers must contact Tetra Tech Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific return instructions.

Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

RA numbers are valid only for the specific product(s) and order referenced in the authorization.

4. Returns Process

Contact Customer Service within the 30-day eligibility window to request an RA number.

Securely package the product in its original packaging with all components and documentation.

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the shipment.

Ship the product using a trackable carrier.

5. Inspection & Refunds
Upon receipt, Tetra Tech will inspect the returned product to confirm eligibility.

If the product passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping charges) within 10–15 business days of inspection completion.

If the product is not in returnable condition, Tetra Tech may refuse the return or issue a partial refund based on condition.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted when the requested replacement product is in stock. Exchanges must also be initiated within the 30-day period and follow the RA process described above.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact Customer Service immediately. Tetra Tech will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer, and may provide return shipping instructions. Evidence of defect (e.g., photos) may be requested.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be non-returnable due to health, safety, regulatory, or configuration reasons. Such items will be clearly marked on the product page or at the time of purchase and are not eligible for return or refund.
9. Shipping Costs

The original shipping charge is not refundable unless the return is due to Tetra Tech’s error (defective or incorrect item).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases of Tetra Tech error or at Tetra Tech’s discretion.
10. Policy Changes
Tetra Tech may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be effective upon posting to the online Store’s website.
